Jambi Province's Economy to Grow 4.51 Percent in 2024

Abstract

The economy of Jambi Province in 2024, measured based on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) at current prices, reached IDR322.98 trillion and GRDP per capita reached IDR86.7 million or US$5,471.7.

Jambi's economy in 2024 grew by 4.51 percent, slowing down from 2023 which grew by 4.67 percent. In terms of production, the highest growth occurred in the Health Services and Social Activities Business Sector at 13.26 percent. Meanwhile, in terms of expenditure, the highest growth was achieved by the Consumption Expenditure Component of Non-Profit Institutions serving Households at 12.42 percent.
