Area Sample Frame (Kerangka Sampel Area/KSA) Survey Activities

BPS Muaro Jambi Regency carried out an Area Sample Frame Survey at the sample locations. The Area Sample Frame Survey is an Android-based survey which is carried out by observing the development of rice and corn plant phases every month in the locations that are the sample segments.

This survey aims to produce data on the harvested area of rice and corn which will later be used to calculate data on food crop production, namely rice and corn.

KSA surveys are carried out regularly every month. At the beginning of this year KSA officers had to fight extra hard because conditions in most of our areas were affected by flooding. We still try to carry it out with enthusiasm. However, we must still prioritize safety, hopefully the water will recede soon and hopefully our steps will never diminish for quality agricultural statistical data.
