Recruitment of BPS Public Consultation Forum (FKP) Officers in Muaro Jambi Regency

The Central Statistics Agency (BPS) for Muaro Jambi Regency needs an Assistant Facilitator and Administrator for the 2023 Regsosek FKP.

 

FKP is a consultation activity with community leaders in the local area regarding the accuracy of the results of classifying family welfare based on the PMT (Proxy Mean Test) model. Community involvement as a form of participation and social control in compiling social protection data. The purpose of this activity is to obtain agreement on the results of classifying family welfare in the initial research study data collection. FKP will be held on 2 – 21 May 2023.

 

Assistant Facilitator Requirements:

1. 1.       Experienced BPS partner;
2. 2.       Preference will be given to a minimum of high school education or equivalent;
3. 3.       Experience in leading community meetings is preferred;
4. 4.       Having good communication skills is preferred;
5. 5.       Strive to come from or know the sub-district where the task is;
6. 6.       Preferably aged 23 to. 50 years;
7. 7.       Have a cell phone with an active number that is easy to contact;
8. 8.       Participate in assistant facilitator training;
9. 9.       Following the coordination meeting with the facilitator;
10. 10.   Able to communicate and work with a team;
11. 11.   The assistant facilitator has and can use a HP with the following specifications:

a.       Phone Type: Android

b.       Minimum Version: 4.4 (Kitkat)

c.       Minimum RAM: 3GB

d.       Internal Memory: Free space of at least 3 GB

e.       Has internal GPS

f.        The camera works fine.

1. 12.   Willing to carry out the task as well as possible until all activities are completed.

 

 Administrator Requirements:

1.       Experienced BPS partner;

2.       Preference will be given to a minimum of high school education or equivalent;

3.       Strive to come from or know the sub-district where they are assigned;

4.       Preferably aged 23 to.d. 50 years;

5.       Have a cell phone with an active number that is easy to contact;

6.       Following administrator briefings;

7.       Able to communicate and work with a team;

8.       Willing to carry out the task as well as possible until all activities are completed.

 

 Registration Stages:

1.       Register for the Forum Konsultasi Publik (FKP) Regsosek 2023 (Lapangan) activity on the Sobat BPS Application or via the web mitra.bps.go.id

2.       Attach administrative files as follows:

a.       Photocopy of the last education diploma;

b.       Photocopy of Identity Card (KTP);

c.       Recent 3x4 passport photo;

d.       Curriculum Vitae;

e.       Domicile certificate signed by RT/RW;

f.        Declaration of Owning and Being able to Use HP;

g.       Integrity pact; And

h.       Application letter.

3.       Submit administrative files to BPS Muaro Jambi Regency.
