Open Recruitment of Agricultural Census Officers 2023

• 1 Koseka is in charge of supervising around 10 PMLs.
• 1 PML is responsible for supervising around 6 PPLs.

Each PPL will receive several SLS concentrations, non-concentrations, or a combination of both. Each PPL will enumerate around 320 - 480 households or around 240 farmer households in a 2-month census period (June - July 2023). In mass-populated SLS, data collection can be done by more than 1 PPL. More complete information regarding the 2023 Agricultural Census can be seen at https://sensus.bps.go.id/st2023/.

PPL Job Description

1. Coordinate with the Head of SLS in their assigned area
2. Carry out updating and complete enumeration of each family from house to house (door to door)
3. Geotagging the location of residential buildings
4. Assign building serial numbers on SLS maps
5. Log SLS changes, if any
6. Coordinate with PML

PML Job Description

1. Accompanying/supervising PPL during permitting and enumeration
2. Submit a review of the assistance results
3. Sending a recap of the finished update
4. Checking and reviewing the enumeration data
5. Make SLS change entries if any
6. Checking geotagging results

Koseka Job Description

1. Coordinate with local regional authorities (district, village, or equivalent)
2. Report the results of updating and enumeration to BPS Muaro Jambi Regency
3. Gives SLS code if there is a change in SLS
4. Coordinate between PML
5. Coordinate with BPS Muaro Jambi Regency
6. Submit data from data collection or enumeration to BPS Muaro Jambi Regency

Officer Candidate Requirements

1. Minimum education SMA/equivalent
2. Preferably aged 18 to.d. 50 years
3. Willing to work under contract
4. Physically and mentally healthy
5. Disciplined and committed
6. Able to speak Indonesian
7. Able to write capital Latin letters well
8. Able to work as a census field officer
9. Not a Civil Servant (PNS)
10. Do not have a steady job that takes up a lot of time
11. Have/master an Android tablet/smartphone and be able to operate the application properly
12. Candidates for Officers must take part in the ST2023 officer training activities

Device/Cellphone/Tablet Requirements

• Minimal Version: 4.0.3 (Ice Cream Sandwich)
• Minimum RAM: 2GB
• Internal Memory: Free space of at least 2 G
• Has internal GPS
• The camera works fine
• Can be connected to the internet, either via wifi or 3G/4G/LTE network
